Auction Items Currently Available for Advance Bid:

7 Nights in a Beautiful Cabana Right on the Carribean
in Placencia, Belize.

 Accommodations for up to Four People.
The retail value of a seven-night cabana stay is  $1500.

Minimum bid is $750. Advance Bids being accepted.

When you contact us, please provide the following information:

1. Name under which the bid is to be entered.
   
   
2. Your Contact Info.: • full name • mailing address • e-mail address • phone
   (All four contact info. entries are required for participation in silent auction advance bidding.)
   
   
3. Name the Item on which you are bidding, and declare the amount of your bid.
   
   
   

Instructions & Information regarding Advance Bids and Silent Auction:

1. We will confirm your advance bid. If you do not receive an e-mail or post letter confirming your bid, please call The Jenna Foundation at the number below.
   
   
2. Bids less than the declared minimum will not be accepted.
   
   
3. We will notify you when you have been out-bid. (Advance bidding stops at 12:00 AM on Saturday, October 18th.)
   
   
4. Attendance at the charity ball is not required to make an advance bid. (But it is recommended, so you will have the chance to monitor additional bidding that night.)
   
   
5. The highest advance bid will be listed on the item bid sheets used during the Silent Auction event on Friday, October 24th.
   
   
6. You will be notified, by Monday Oct. 27th, 2008, about the status of any advance bids. Items not claimed by Nov. 1st will be made available to the next highest bidder.
